We collect your Discord User ID, Server IDs where you use the bot, and your configuration settings. We do NOT store message content permanently.
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is used solely to provide bot services, manage your server settings, and ensure the security of your community.
3. Data Retention
Configuration settings are stored as long as the bot is present on your server. Logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
4. Your Rights
You can request data deletion at any time by removing the bot from your server or contacting us on our support server.
5. Legal Basis
Processing of your data is necessary for the performance of a contract (providing bot services) and based on legitimate interest (security and moderation).
6. Recipients
Data is shared exclusively with Discord (messaging infrastructure) and our private server hosting provider.
7. Complaints
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
