What Naeris stores, why, and how to get it deleted.

What we store
Discord IDs of servers, members and channels, your server settings, and the data features need to work: levels and XP, economy balances and inventories, warnings, notes and moderation logs, reports, tickets and their transcripts, form answers, backups of the server's structure (channels, roles, permissions), giveaways, reminders and profiles.

Message content
Naeris reads messages to run automod, logs, levels and commands. It does not keep a copy of your conversations, except for: the message that triggered an automod rule (kept 30 days, shown on the dashboard to members who can manage messages), ticket transcripts, form answers, messages posted from the dashboard, and the text of suggestions or reminders you create. When a server turns message logs on, Naeris keeps a copy of its messages, text and files up to 10 MB, for 7 days, to show what an edited or deleted message held: in the server's log channel on Discord, and on the dashboard to members who can manage messages.

Why
Only to run the features you switched on and to keep your server safe. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

How long
Settings stay while Naeris is in your server. Moderation logs, transcripts and other records are kept until a server admin or we delete them. Ask on the support server and we will remove a server's data or yours.

Who sees it
Server staff, through Discord and the dashboard. Data is processed by Discord and stored on our own server in Europe. A few features send text to an outside service, only when they're used: translation by flag or /translate (Google Translate), the AI assistant on servers that turn it on (Groq, in the United States), and /paste (sourcebin). Nobody else.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, and complain to your data protection authority (the CNIL in France).
